For starters, investing online is a big risk to take. People who do this must first strive hard to learn how everything works so that in the case that they lose, they won't get frustrated. Rates vary but most likely the rate would be $1 = P42 - P45
If you want you can just add this person through YM. I have done a lot of transaction from this person so it is completely secured.
